The Austrian Decathletes Klaus Ambrosch, Thomas Tebbich, Roland Schwarzl and Heiko Mandl prepared with coach Sepp Schmidl for the indoorseason three weeks in Spain/Lanzarote.
All athletes are in good shape. Ambrosch and Tebbich will compete in February at the Erki Nool Cup in Tallin. Their goal is to qualify for the European Indoorchampionships.
Roland Schwarzl recovered very good from his surgery in the ankle. He will compete only in the Pole Vault this indoorseason. In Lanzarote he trained with the Czech Pole Vault Team and perhaps a start at the European Indoorchampionships is also possible for him.
